Maia

In the continuation of the Maia series, a series of individual egg-shaped objects was created in which a thin needle is woven.

This series connects the flashes of Orenstein’s memories – the interweaving, the personal sewing of the customer and the love of precious stones.

The needle in the swamp is the highlight for sewing haut couture.

The combination of engineering and technical solutions enabled Orenstein to produce pure and precise art and create the interface connections in their cleanest form.

The needle produces the balance in the object.

The Maia sculpture was presented at the START Art Fair 2018, London.
